Our cupcakes are food in art form; not only do they look amazing but they truly taste divine. We only use the finest and freshest ingredients, to our signature buttercream for example; it's not just a blob of overly sweet icing sitting on a cake; and if you have been around town cupcake-hopping, you will definitely see and taste the difference. White chocolate cake topped filled with fresh raspberry compote then iced with fresh raspberry buttercream; a best -seller!
Coconut cake filled with coconut cremeux, iced with marshmallow frosting then covered in organic dried coconut flakes (fresh edible blooms and berries are optional and should be requested at time of order)
White chocolate cake iced with cream cheese, fully covered in snowy-white chocolate shavings.
Moist chocolate cake filled with marshmallow, dipped in chocolate ganache, iced with toasted marshmallow, sprinkled with graham, drizzled with caramel then topped with salted pretzels...whew!
Inspired by the ancient sweet & savoury rice cake, saleted duck eggs, cheese and coconut milk, we put a bit of twist by adding our Signature buttercream in this delicacy, after the cake has been torched.
Pistachio cake iced with pistachio buttercream then garnished with golden pistachio nuggets (optional), a cake fit for royalty.
